It rises close to Fedaia artificial lake at the foot of Marmolada side and glacier. 25 beds provided.

To arrive: by car, from Canazei till Fedaia artificial lake (12 km). Recommended routes: setting out from the hut, you can climb to Marmolada di Penia peak (3343 m) on the northern side — an Alpine route which, whether chosen, is to be climbed with the help of an Alpine guide: by cable-car till Pian dei Fiacconi, then hike on the rope, equipped with ice-picks and crampons, to climb easily upon the glacier rocks (1st level) of the northern ridge, and eventually on the snowy ridge on the top (3 h. 30 min.). It may take you a one-hour-and-a-half hike if you wish to cover on foot the route till Pian dei Fiacconi by taking path n. 606. On the opposite side, it takes you a 1-hour-and-45-minute hike on path n. 601 to get to Vièl dal Pan Hut (2432 m), where you have the chance to admire the most spectacular sight of Marmolada northern side, and if you keep going on that path you reach Fredarola Hut, and then climb down to Pordoi Pass. History lovers can choose the gorgeous equipped route dotted with trenches and Padòn ridges (3 h. 45 min.).
